We are looking for Sales and Service Agents/Reps in differnt countries!

In China, we use our own sales/service staffs. Direct service networks are in place in most regions and cities across China. Gloabally, outside of China, we assign and nominate sales/service agents in different countries overseas to provide service and support. Tronwin currently has agents in Italy, UK, Thailand, the Philipphines and Russia. Except for the foresaid countries, we are looking for qualified agents!

China Domestic Sales/Service Procedures (for Agent Reference) First, pre-sale service

1) Since the date of receipt of orders, our company arranges the production schedule according to the production cycle.

2) Equipment factory strict quality inspection, with a professional follow-up.

3) All kinds of equipment manufacturing is completed, the trial run in the factory 5-7 days, no adverse phenomena, and then sent to the customer site installation.

4) After the equipment is installed, customers are invited to come to the factory for functional configuration check.

5) Equipment in the factory during the commissioning process, require customers to send related personnel to our company for training, one to two days.

6) The main managers and related operations staff to track the progress and quality.

7) Before shipping to the customer equipment required power supply, pressure, size and other data equipment.


Second, after-sales service

1) After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, our company has professionals to assist in hoisting.

2) Equipment into the workshop, our staff to install and debug.

3) commissioning is completed, our staff will conduct a demonstration of operation and maintenance instructions.

4) Initial production, the Division I will have professionals to follow up, to help your company production.


Third, repair service

1) Each record of maintenance records are kept by the customer service department feedback customer satisfaction with the maintenance.

2) After the equipment is qualified, the technicians still track the equipment operation and maintenance training of the relevant personnel of the customer to ensure the normal operation of the production.

3) Establish Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, meet customer's specific equipment maintenance plan, follow up the service and record the result.
